For your off market properties, what inspections do you perform? How will we know there are no hidden issues?We strive for honesty and transparency and our reputation is of our utmost importance. While there is always risk when purchasing an as-is investment property, we aim to provide as much information as possible to you, the buyer. With every single one of our off market properties we will include 100 pictures (minimum) as well as a walk through video. We will also provide a CMS (Comparable market analysis) of nearby homes to ascertain value. We will also list the major points that require work. For example, if it is clear and apparent that a house has a 20 year old water heater, leaking roof and two broken windows, we will list those as primary points of work in our listing. If time allows, you may also pay for an independent inspection prior to purchase. However the majority of our properties sell within a week of us listing, due to the fact that we provide such in depth information about each property.

What areas do you service off market properties in?Currently we are focusing on Washington state but will soon be expanding into Idaho and Oregon.

How does purchasing a property through Eastside Estates Group work?Simple! We primarily do off market, cash only deals for investors, however some of our properties may be listed on the open market and eligible for traditional financing. For off market deals, you typically will need to either have 100% cash in hand, or you can do a loan from a short term hard money lender. We can help guide you through these steps if it is your first time purchasing an investment property.

If you choose to do a list-back with us (allow our agent to list your property for sale once your fix and flip is complete) we offer a full range of amenities.
